Laser cutting
Precision laser cutting and engraving — including your own material
We cut and engrave acrylic (perspex), MDF, plywood, wood, leather, paper and card, and a range of other laser-safe materials. We regularly cut acrylic from 2 mm up to 10 mm, with 3 mm and 5 mm the most common for signage.
You supply the material
Bring or courier your own sheet material to our Mamelodi East workshop. We'll cut it to your drawing on our CO₂ laser.
It must be laser-safe
We do not cut PVC, vinyl-faced board, polycarbonate, fibreglass, ABS or any material that releases harmful gases.
Approval before production
Every customer-supplied material is inspected and approved before we cut. If we can't safely cut it, we'll tell you before you pay.
Quoted on the work involved
Custom cutting is quoted on material, cutting time and complexity — not on a fixed rate.

Have an idea? Let us manufacture it.
Send us a drawing, a photo, a sketch on a napkin or a set of dimensions. If it can be cut, engraved or fabricated, we'll price it.
Send your concept
Vector files (SVG, AI, DXF, PDF) are ideal, but we'll work from dimensions and reference photos too.
We quote it
Custom work is quoted on material, cutting time and complexity — you'll receive a firm price before anything is made.
We manufacture it
Everything is produced in-house on our own laser equipment, so quality and timing stay in our hands.
All prices include 15% VAT. Standard laser lead time is 3–7 working days once payment is received and artwork approved.
