Artwork Policy

Preferred formats are vector PDF, AI or EPS with fonts converted to outlines. High-resolution PNG or JPG files at 300dpi at final size are accepted for photographic work.

Include 3mm bleed on printed items and keep critical text 10mm inside trim edges. Supply colours in CMYK, and specify Pantone references where exact matching is required.

Our studio checks every file at no charge. Where files are unusable we will advise you, and artwork redraw or setup work is quoted separately.

Final responsibility for spelling, sizing and content rests with the customer once a digital proof is approved.
