Refund and Returns Policy

Custom printed and manufactured products are made to your specification and cannot be returned for change of mind.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or does not match your approved artwork, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

Approved claims are reprinted, replaced or refunded at GT Print's discretion. Colour variation of up to 10% between print methods and batches is considered normal in the industry.
