At GT Print, we take pride in delivering high-quality print and design products. Since each order is custom-made to your specifications, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining production integrity.


🔄 Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once printing has begun or the item has been delivered — unless the product is defective or there was an error on our side.


🖌️ Artwork Approval

Before any item goes to print, we provide a proof or preview of your artwork for your approval.
It is your responsibility to carefully review and confirm the artwork.

By confirming the design:

  • You approve spelling, layout, colors, and positioning.
  • You acknowledge that printing will begin as approved.
  • GT Print is not liable for design errors approved by you (e.g., typos, incorrect files, or wrong sizes).

What Qualifies for a Reprint or Refund?

We will gladly reprint or refund if:

  • The product is significantly different from what was approved.
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect or print error caused by us.
  • The wrong product or size was delivered.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • Return the item (if required) in its original condition.

🚫 What Is Not Covered

  • Design issues that were approved by the customer.
  • Color differences due to screen vs. print variations.
  • Delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information.
